Which districts of Hatay do you serve?
My office is in Antakya and I act across the whole province, including İskenderun, Defne, Dörtyol, Samandağ, Kırıkhan, Reyhanlı, Arsuz, Belen, Erzin, Altınözü, Hassa, Kumlu, Payas and Yayladağı.
Do you work with foreign nationals?
Yes. I advise foreign nationals and foreign-invested companies on property purchases, inheritance, employment, earthquake-related claims and company matters under Turkish law, with correspondence and meetings in English.
Can you act for me if I am not in Türkiye?
Yes. A power of attorney executed at a Turkish consulate is sufficient for your file to be conducted without you travelling. Proceedings are followed through the national UYAP system and meetings are held by video conference.
Which courts do you appear before?
Principally the courts of Antakya and İskenderun, and all other courthouses in the region. For matters outside Hatay, arrangements are made case by case.
